Summary
DwinGames Inc (“Dwin Games”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and is responsible for the data described below. The only personal data we collect is an email address, and only if you give us one by submitting a form on this site. We use it to send you the notification you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything else.
What we collect
When you submit one of our forms we collect:
- the email address you enter;
- the date and time you submitted it, and which form you used;
- confirmation that you ticked the consent box.
We do not ask for your name, postal address, payment details or any other personal information, and we do not create accounts or profiles.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your email address to send you the specific notification you signed up for: that ARQA is available to buy again, or that the Arqa Online beta has opened. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else processes it
- [Email service provider] stores the list and delivers our emails, acting as our processor under contract.
- Cloudflare serves this website and processes technical request data, including IP addresses, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on these pages.
Both may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until the notification you asked for has been sent and you have not asked to hear from us again, whichever comes first. After that we delete the address.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, which withdraws consent immediately. For anything else, write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. We run no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics, and nothing on these pages stores anything in your browser. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. If you never submit a form, we hold no personal data about you at all.
Two third parties are involved simply in delivering the page to you. Cloudflare serves the site and handles the network request. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, which means your browser requests those font files from Google as the page loads. Neither is used to identify you or follow you elsewhere.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Addresses are held inside our email provider’s systems, protected by their security controls and access limited to people who need it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your address will be notified by email.
